Cadence LSW is operated by its development team. These terms describe participation in the website, waitlist, and beta app. Contact the support team with questions before using the service.
Eligibility
The waitlist and beta are currently open only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. New waitlist signups require confirmation of these conditions. We may ask you to confirm eligibility again before providing app access.
Joining the waitlist
Provide an email address you control and accurate information. Confirming your address records your interest in the Cadence LSW beta. It does not create an app account or guarantee an invitation, launch date, or particular feature.
Beta participation
We may offer invitations in stages. Any access conditions or pricing will be communicated before you decide to participate. Joining the waitlist itself does not require payment or create a paid subscription.
Availability and changes
The beta and this website may change or become unavailable. Please do not rely on an unshipped feature or future access for critical work.
Your app account
Beta app access requires an invitation and an active account. Use sign-in credentials and accounts you control, keep them secure, and do not share private sign-in or waitlist links. Creating a sign-in identity does not by itself grant access. Features and sign-in methods may be introduced in stages.
Your content and use of the app
You decide what you enter into Cadence LSW. You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use that information. Follow your organization’s rules before entering workplace or other people’s information. Use sharing features only with the intended audience. Do not use Cadence LSW to store passwords or credentials, distribute harmful content, interfere with the service, or access data without authorization.
Cadence LSW processes your content to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy notice. Keep an appropriate backup of important work. Workspace JSON and completion-history CSV exports are available in app Settings.
Content and product ownership
You and any other rights holders retain ownership of the content you provide. Using Cadence LSW does not transfer that ownership to us. You give us permission to host, store, and process that content as needed to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy notice. Cadence LSW software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners; using the service does not transfer ownership of the product to you.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe separately from optional product news or the newsletter, stop all optional email, or withdraw from the waitlist using a management link. If you need a fresh link, use the waitlist management page. These choices do not modify a separate app account or its notification settings. Contact the support team for account deletion or other data requests; these receive manual review.
Responsible use
Do not submit another person’s details without permission, abuse the forms, attempt to access another person’s records, or send confidential information through the waitlist fields.

Use the in-app support form or email to reach our support team. Avoid including passwords, secret links, or unnecessary sensitive information. We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
