Cadence LSW is operated by its development team. We use application access checks and managed infrastructure to protect the service. This page describes the approach and its practical limits.
Account and workspace access
App access depends on a verified sign-in, invitation, and active account. Permission checks in the app and database restrict personal and team records according to ownership and permissions. Administrative operations have additional role checks. Available sign-in methods and security options depend on service configuration.
Encryption in transit
Connections to the Cadence LSW website and web app use HTTPS, which encrypts information in transit. This is different from end-to-end encryption of stored content.
Notes and sensitive information
Cadence LSW is not an end-to-end encrypted notebook. Notes, including those marked private, are stored as text that the service can process. Private labels do not prevent authorized infrastructure or service operations from processing that data. Avoid storing credentials or information your organization has not approved for this service.
Information on your device
The app stores limited offline data and pending changes on your device; protect that device and any exports you download. See the privacy notice for more detail.
A narrow waitlist process
Waitlist information is processed through controlled services. Access to waitlist management is restricted to authorized administrators. Email confirmation is required before a pending request becomes a confirmed place.
Abuse protection
Bot protection and request limits help prevent automated signup abuse. We validate submissions and avoid responses that reveal whether an email address is already on the waitlist. Confirmation and preference changes require a private email link and an explicit action.
Email links
Confirmation and management links contain secret tokens. Treat them like a password: do not forward them. Opening a link does not automatically change your preferences.
What this page does not promise
This beta does not claim independent security certification, a compliance attestation, an uptime guarantee, or enterprise suitability. Please avoid including confidential business information in waitlist fields.
Report a concern
Use the in-app support form or email to reach our support team. Include a description of the concern without passwords, secret links, or sensitive account data.
